Shipping Protection

Optional protection for your DuoPaw 360 order: $3 USD per order, with a maximum of one service charge. It is not selected by default.

If the carrier confirms that your parcel was lost in transit, DuoPaw 360 will dispatch a replacement within 24 hours using express shipping. This is a dispatch commitment, not a promise of delivery within 24 hours.

Contact novedooservice@outlook.com with your order number. The service covers carrier-confirmed loss in transit; it does not add cover for damage or theft. It is a store service, not an insurance policy. Your normal consumer rights remain unchanged.

Standard shipping remains free. This service is not a physical product, does not count toward gift thresholds, and can be removed before checkout.
